Mandatory self-isolation

When arriving from a country posing a high risk of coronavirus, you must register online by filling-in the form.

If you received a text message with a positive COVID-19 test result, you must self-isolate (mandatory home quarantine).

Upozornenie

You may not stop self-isolating earlier than after 10 days from taking the test, or 10 days from when you developed COVID-19 symptoms.

If you received an SMS with a positive result:

  1. contact your general practitioner, tell them you tested positive for COVID-19 and request the issuance of a sick leave;
  2. contact all persons with whom you were in close contact in recent 14 days wearing no facial covering, and instruct them to stay home and self-isolate;
  3. make a list of the persons with whom you were in a close contact (first name, family name and telephone number for each person) and e-mail the list to the relevant Regional Public Health Office
  4. wait for further instruction from the relevant Regional Public Health Office. Due to an overload of work, this may take several days.

If you were contacted by an infected person with whom you were in close contact:

  1. stay in self-isolation;
  2. contact your general practitioner who may refer you to a COVID-19 test and issue a sick leave;
  3. if you develop COVID-19 symptoms, ask for an examination;
  4. wait for the instruction from the relevant Regional Public Health Office.
